HOMIRX needed a high-impact landing page to establish their platform as the go-to property search destination, showcasing listings across commercial, warehouse, villa, apartment, and homestay categories. The client wanted to communicate their agent expertise and transparent process while capturing leads from both buyers looking for their dream home and investors seeking portfolio additions — all backed by a strong brand identity built around bold orange-on-dark styling.

  • React: Built a dynamic, filter-driven listing experience with interactive category tabs (All Listings / General / Villa) and property cards that update in real time.
  • Tailwind CSS: Used to execute a bold dark-and-orange brand identity with high-contrast cards, prominent stat callouts, and a strong visual hierarchy that immediately communicates platform confidence.
  • Framer Motion: Applied to hero text reveals, property card entrances, and the process step sequence to guide the user's eye naturally through the conversion funnel.
